05 Yukon Denali Seat warmers not working

I have 05 Denali and both front seat warmers will not work. If you push any seat warmer button (Lower,Back,Driver,Passenger) the light comes on relay fires on control box under driver seat. But light goes off and relay falls out after about 1 sec. The other thing is the seat memory will not work.

could be anything,BCM,RCDLR (i think,),relays,elements,fuses,

 

internet cant help you with so many possibilities bud

 

and without service information and electrical experience ,your destined for a shop,,

Thanks. I have a very strong electrical background. All fuses are ok. The heaters are not shorted and in range. I just got a wiring diagram of seat and will check the temp resisters.
