Where's the 'Circuit Breaker' for the 'Headlight Switc

Just wondering if anyone can tell me where the 'Circuit Breaker' for the 'Headlight Circuit' is located. My wiring diagram shows that breaker is located within the switsh itself.....but I'm thinking that it must be elsewhere.

headlight switches in older cars always had a resettable circuit breaker built in. if you shorted the headlights the lights would flash on/off. i do not know if the newer vehicles still use this safety feature.
