intermittent wipers and cruise control

I have a 07 nnbs sierra denali and the cruise control and intermittent wipers dont work. the cruise control used to work every now and then, but just doesnt now. as far as the wipers, they work on high but when i turn them down to only wipe every few seconds they will swipe once and stop. Its really irritating especialy when its not raining hard enough to use the wipers full time because then i have to manualy hit the button every time i need them. any help would be great. Thanks
