interior lights '08 Silverado

So I brought my 08 in for some service, now my interior lights do not come on when the doors are opened or when I shut it off. I have fiddled with the dome light switch and have pushed it in, pulled it out and tried all sorts of setting, with nothing working.

Anyone have any ideas?

Check fuses? Then call dealer on Monday and ask them what they did!?

Right above that knob you were pushing, is a button (Dome override) just making sure you've pressed it as well and tried opening doors.

Will the dome lights turn on manually? ( turn knob all the way to the right)

Often when the techs are working on it, and have the doors open for long periods of time, they turn off the dome lights, prevents them getting too hot and/or drain the battery

The dome override is what I was tuning and pushing in and out. I can turn that all the way to the right and turn on the dome lights, I can push the buttons on the dome lights and they will come on as well.

Just to make sure we're talking about the same thing.... you can't 'turn' the dome override button. It's a totally seperate button from the knob (the dimmer) that you can push in and turn.
