new wheels offset 00??

Alright this week im pulling the trigger on a new set of wheels from Ballistic and im lookin for some quick help. The offset availiable is +00.

 

the wheels are 18x9 so to my knowledge that means it should be a 4.5'' offset, am i right??

the BDS 6'' lift wants 5'' of backspace with 18'' wheels. so i shou8ld be ok but with running 12.5s im def going to need bushwackers

Those look nice. I have 18x9 with 0 offset. The chart shows 5 inch backspace.
