Electric lumbar not working 100%

I was adjusting my seat the other day and went to move the lumbar and noticed that it wasn't working.

 

It will roll up and down but it won't retract and extend. I can hear the switch clicking when trying to move it in and out but nothing happens.

 

Anybody had this happen? I'm thinking it might be the switch or something has disconnected under the seat?
