Drivers Door Remote Locking Won't Work

Got a 2008 Sierra SLT Extended cab truck. The drivers locking motor stopped working. The passenger door locks and unlocks via the remote or drivers door lock switch but the drivers door can only be locked or unlocked by the key. I suspect it is the lock motor but as I am in New Zealand I would have to get one shipped out. I would like to be sure before I do this.
