2006 Chevy Colo std shift 4 WD throttle body

i have a 2006 chevy colo std shift 4 wd with 31,000 miles and was informed that the throttle body needs to be replaced.seems a little unusual at 31k miles. any info will be appreciated. btw last week had throttle body cleaned and fuel injectors serviced, etc, at the dealer.

i mean.... is it driving funny? doing something? or were you just told to replace it completely out of the blue...
