Voice Recognition

When I try to pair phone to bluetooth it says that it doesn't recognize my voice. Is this because I am the 3rd owner of the vehicle and I need to reset something?

Yeah, could be all the slots are filled up. I know I had to delete the previous owners when I bought my truck.
