2007 Silverado front driver side axle

Hey guys, a couple days ago I was under my truck making sure the suspension was still good and tight from my leveling kit, when I noticed a nice amount of axle grease, and a cracked open CV joint. I have another axle coming from NAPA that I'm hoping won't give me any headaches going in... But the real headache is going to be ripping the front suspension apart so soon after doing the leveling kit (it was October 18th)... Anybody have any tricks on how to do this easily? Or am I really going to have to take the strut out and the knuckle apart? Should I also plan on getting the truck re-aligned? As far as I can tell all the alignment adjustments are on the tie rod/control arms... Thanks for the suggestions.

I think the fatherest you will have to go is remove the brake stuff and maybe the wheel bearing. You shouldnt have to touch anything else
