Advent OGM1 software update not going so well

Hey guys, new to this particular forum but am on several others like ls1tech, gmfullsize, etc all under the same user name.

 

I have an issue with updating my OGM1 in my 08 Silverado 2500 Duramax. When I download the most current file from advents website, I copy the files into my map SD card like they tell you and it just throws all of the files in the very first file, as in it doesn't distribute and I do not get the "this file exists, replace file?".

 

Now if I go ahead and put the SD card in the unit and do a system update it cannot detect the SD card. If I delete the files I just put in, it mentions that a file is missing..

 

Could anyone offer some help?

I would if it gave me that option when copying the files over, but I feel its not copying over right?

alright, got the update to work. Had to use naviextra toolbox, update the sd card, then drag the OGM1 update files over. everything updated perfectly, followed advents instructions. Hopefully it cures my bluetooth problems.
