Dl8 to Dl3 swap

Hi I'm new on this I purchased a set of dl3 side mirror and driver switch but the when I try to install my plugs where diffrent I realized that I have a hardwire switch my truck is 2012 what do I need? I read that I would have to order a new wire harness with part #25788838 door harness

yep they will work but you will need some more parts , new data bus style window switches , the wire harness for the doors and a bcm flash to make them operate

what type of body style do you have ? and what trim level ?

I have an LT the mirrors i purchased came with the driver door switch databus type I try to plug them but would not fit after reading a lot I realize I have the hardwire type my truck is a crew can 5.3 please help I really want to make this happened I'm new to all of this thanks please see pictures this is what I purchased so far the mirror black plug from my mirror has only 4 holes but the new plug from the dl3 mirror has 5 holes?

This is the current switch I have in my truck install if it help more please guys help I need help I have tried ready and looking in forums but I'm lost thank for all your help
