rear speakers not working

Just bought an 2007 sierra denali... find out rear door speakers are not working at all left or right so i buy new pair put them in and still nothing. Pull out navigation to check plugs look fine. Then take of arm rest to get to amp and check connections everything check out fine. Door chime works signals work what gives with this?

Well I did take it out to check harness but i have bad feeling its gonna be that and those navigation radio a little pricey

Does this have Rear Seat Entertainment (the little module usually on the back of the center console that headphones can be plugged into)? If so the rear audio passes through this module and if it is bad or even turned on the rear speakers will not play

It has that but not dvd entertainment. I cut it off and on but didn't think anything further with it when i get home will plug in some headphones and see if its working.

Tried the entertainment system with headphones and i did get audio out of headphones. i could't change the station but i guess thats something for later.. was hopeing that was gonna be it back to the drawing board shucks
