I have an 05 silverado, and I have been looking into installing a steering stabilizer. And I was just wondering of those of you have added this to your trucks what kit did you use? Also if you are using a single or dual system.

I am running 33s right now looking into going to 35s.

Lol I was looking at that one or the dual setup just don't know which I wanna do. I plan to go to bigger tires right now I'm running true 33s and am considering going to 37x12.5 just gotta do some more lift and cut outs and prolly some more trimming.

Honestly you could make your own with a custom shock the brackets are super simple. And to get the measurements pick where you want to mount the base the measure from there to the point you are going to mount the arm. Then turn full left measure and full right and measure again. This will give you the range you need for the travel of the shock.

I have been toying with the idea of building my own.

Okay lol. I am basically doing some reverse engineering on this and traction bars. I find the instructions for products online then look at the mounting hardware and compare over and over again till I figure out what I believe is the best system. Then look at what it would take to build my own vs how much it would cost me to buy them. Overall I'm cheaper lol.

Weather permitting ill get those measurements tomorrow. If not I may not have a chance till the of the month. As I'm moving next week.

Alright, I know there where a few members wondering about then a while ago. If a guy could come up with a set of plans I bet a few people could use them.
