2008 20 deg less heat drivers side

been messing with this for a while now, when in the hot position the driver side is lukewarm, pass hot, done the battery reset no less than 10 times, changed the driver side blend air door actuator, no change, I did manually move the door when changing it, had a GM tech scan the truck, showed 20 deg diff, and 90 count diff in the door movement, so issue is something with the door, goes to cold fine, just not sealing off in all out hot..anybody seen/heard this one ? thanks Rob

There are two actuators for the driver's side. My dealer reprogramed the bcm first, then replaced the blend door actuator and then it wasn't that one, it was the mode actuator.

mode act ? as in control head ? GM tech told me thought door was obstructed going to close off cold side, but ??
