Hummer H2 wheels on 1500HD?

Has anyone with a 1500/2500HD thought about putting the Hummer H2 wheels on their trucks? The H2 wheels are 17X8.5, 8 lug, 6.5" BC. The H2 has 315/70/17 BFGoodrich all terrain TA's. The reason I ask is because there is 4 or 5 sets(4) of them on ebay right now. Looks like you can "Buy it now" for $250 a set. I would like to see pics of this if anyone has already done it.

I posted that same question several months ago. There is a guy here who has done it but I think he has a 4" lift. His screen name is 1500CC. It looks pretty sweet. The problem is you'd have to find new centercaps unless you want yours to say Hummer on them and I personally don't like that the tires are raised black letters rather than white.

That is the equivelant to a 35-36" tire I believe, so that should be your first concern is if you can clear that

I was reading back through old posts when I found this. In his post he said he had done nothing except crank the torsion bars, but that he hoped to put a lift on in the future. Hope this helps.
