Guys and gals, I'm looking for some advice for my career path. I'm thinking of switching my training mid path and start working on Microsoft certifications from Webmaster training.

What path(s) can you suggest? Start with MCP and work towards MCSA?

I have some training in Novell and now some CIW but niether of these are helping me get work. My experience is primarily Desktop support with Novell admin.

Any suggestions are welcome  :D

Thanks!!!

I think the best would be to go for an MCSA.  On the way to the MCSA, you get a MCP by default.  Once you have your MCSA, all of the tests you passed count toward your MCSE.  This way, if complete your MCSE, you will also have an MCP and MCSA credential and if you run out of time and/or money before you get your MCSE, you'll still have your MCSA.

The catch to this is to aim for the MCSA first because, if you go for the MCSE out of the box and run out of time/money not all of the classes will count toward a MCSA.  Kind of a 'gotcha' if you know what I mean.  Good luck.
