Fitment question

I'm looking into buying a set of 18x10 Moto Metal 962 for my 05 2500HD. Now I only have the Torsions cranked, I'm pretty positive I can fit these wheels on my truck as long as my tire diameter doesn't exceed 33". Now the offset is -24mm and the backspacing is 4.56 and I think the stock wheel is like 4.5? So I'm pretty sure these wheels will fit with no problem. Does that sound right to you guys? I don't want to dish out a couple grand on new wheels and tires and have them not fit, I also don't really want to lift my truck.

I had those same wheels and loved them, held up great. You might be ok with 33's since your truck is a NBS and 25000, but mine rubbed metal cab side with 7" of lift and 35's.
