Typhoon

I was looking at an S-10 Xtreme at a used car lot when I see a Typhoon. I don't know if its a 92 or 93 but it had over 100K miles. It was black and grey and the bumper cover was a little messed up on one side other then that it is very clean. It was priced at $10,850, I'm thinking this is a bit high but I bon't know since there were only about 4700 (I think) built. I didn't get a good look at it becuase there was nobody there but from what I could tell the seats and interior were in pretty good shape.

I don't know very much about these vehicles but if you could tell me what to look out for and about the price I should expect to pay it would be alot of help.

Well, I went back to look at it again. I'm starting to think that it was wrecked and not fixed properly. There still wasn't anybody there so I didn't get a good look.

I did some looking one the web and alot of these trucks are still selling for around 20K so that make me think this thing has something wrong with it.

Oh its a 92.

Well after looking on the web some more I have decided that nobody, including me, knows anything about these trucks, except for the people that own them.

This does not discurage me though, I like a challenge, I just want to make sure this thing isn't fake or in really bad shape.

So I'm going to take it to the school or something, put it on the lift, and look it over real good. And I'll see if there are any codes stored.

I'll keep you informed about how things go.
