Jeep comanche rear brakes.

My dad has a 1992 jeep comanche eliminator 2wd. Ever since he has gotten it the rear brakes have not worked only the front ones. He took it to a independent shop, who is also a good friend, who adjusted the rears to where they needed to be but they still are not working. I did some research and came up with a couple possibilities

1. An obstruction in the brake line.

2. I read that there is a rear brake proportioning valve

3. I also read that jeep Comanches have some sort of load valve too that senses the weight in the bed and adjusts the rear braking power

4. I don't know that the brake fluid has ever been flushed but the front brakes work fine.

The front are disk brakes and the backs are drum brakes. Anyone know about these little pickups or have any other ideas?

Replace all brake lines and rear drums with all new complete hardware. Seems to be a pressure issue, I'm sure there are multiple lined going from master to each brake with an conjunction block somewhere? I know it went toba shop but have you yourself cracked the bleeder valve or disconnect the line completely and pumped brakes?

We never had issues like that around here the lines would usually rot out within a couple if years and have to be replaced anyways
