2014 Sierra 1500 Denali - Bedlocker (Pace Edwards)

Hello guys - new owner here. I've gone through a few pages of the forum and I've gained a ton of knowledge in a short time. Thanks to everyone for that.

I splurged and ordered a Pace Edwards Bedlocker -

I've had a few trucks over the years - mainly Raptors - and I've stuck to BakFlipp products and have always been happy. Had a little extra money burning and hole in my pocket so I decided to give the Bedlocker a try.

I've installed all of my BakFlip bed covers - and I've done some YouTube research in terms of installation process for the Bedlocker but I have two quick questions -

1. I need a hole on the bed wall opposite the tailgate (behind the seats). I currently have a BedTred down and I need a hole that will allow me to send the electrical wires to the trucks battery in the engine. Does a hole already exist that I'm not seeing with my BedTred down?

2. I understand that once I run the electrical cable through that hold I'll be able to take it under the truck up to the engine. I assume that I will use some black nylon straps to attach the electrical cable and points along the way. Will I be able to just take it up into the engine or will I need to make a hole near the firewall to do so?

Again, thanks for your help.

Mike
