Looking For Custom Front & Rear Bumper Plans

Howdy all, been awhile since I've been on. Been busy building Choppers the last 2 years, have 2 WCC CFL's now.

Anyway, looking at my 2009 1500 4x4 and its starting to show its age, time for some upgrades. I want to fabricate a custom Front & Rear Bumper from 1/8" plate steel.

I have a nice welding Rig, Millermatic MIG, TIG, and Plasma Cutter, plus some good welding tables and various clamps etc. There is pretty much nothing I can't handle as far as cutting and fabricating from steel stock. I'd rather spend a few hundred bucks on sheet steel stock than $1300 each for front and rear bumpers. Probably just going to powder coat them flat black or Line-X.

 

What I need is a good set of plans. I could do this myself I'm sure, but that would take a lot of time and I'm not really up to speed with CAD design software. Free would be great if someone is willing to share their own design, but I'm willing to pay for intellectual property. Something I could take to Kinkos and have printed full size would be perfect.

 

My truck is a 2009 Silverado 1500 LT with stock bumpers front and rear. Not lifted but leveled in the front. I don't really need a winch plate but if its already part of the design that is fine. Something simple and straightforward, no need for a bull bar or brush guard. I do want to keep my stock hitch set up in the rear. I do not have the fog lights in my front bumper but do have the tow hooks.

 

I did a few searches but came up with few results. Any ideas or sources would be great. Thanks!
