Escalade 6.0L in a '97 Yukon???

EDIT: I realized that trying to put a 6.0L in this truck is nuts and out of my price range.  Please answer the other question below:

 

Hey there guys!!!

 

I'm the proud owner of a '97 GMC Yukon with a blown tranny.  It's got a 138k miles, so I'm gonna do the motor.

 

So my dad works at a cadillac/hummer dealer and tells me he has a warrantied '02 Escalade 6.0L motor with only 2,000 miles.  Its got some defective lifters, and my dad already replaced them.  This is the 345HP Cadillac 6.0L, not the generic one used for the rest of the GM trucks.

 

Are any of the 6.0L parts compatible with my 5.7L Vortec such as the cam or the rockers?

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!
