Front air shocks 07 Suburban

I replaced my rear air shocks and compressor about a yr ago and now I have to replace the front shocks. I got the shocks from Arnott.

 

Question is this... I was looking at the going with the passive Bilstein shocks for the front and doing the job myself. How hard of a job is it and are those shocks good replacements from the factory ones?

 

I used the regular Arnott passive rear shocks and while they work fine, I do tow a lot and may want to swap them out for some stiffer rear air shocks... Has anyone done this?
