My moms 2001 Yukon is blowing air but not cooling it is that just freon

It could be many causes. Low refrigerant, due to leaks in the system, failed clutch, failed compressor and a host of other failures. Best to take it to an A/C shop or dealer and have it diagnosed. many A/C shops will diagnose for little or no cost. My 2002 Yukon Denali had no cooling ( I had purchased it used and the A/C did not work), I found a leak in the rear evaporator at the expansion valve, leaks at the peanut fittings on the condensor and expansion tube and a leak at the cycling switch. I do the work myself, but it is not for the inexperianced. I have many A/C tools and training and cert.
