Floor liner and under seat storage?

Are floor liner and under seat storage compatible together? I am thinking WeatherTech floor liners for second row (2011 Silverado extended cab) AND Du Ha under seat storage unit.

If I had to pick one it would be under seat storage. So can I have BOTH?

I have the rear underseat storage and the weather tech mat. You need to remove the storage tray first then reinstall after the mat is down. Works great.
