hello,

i have a 1994 chevy silverado with 4.3 tbi,.climate control unit was flashing all indicator lights on temp index ac is not as cold as should be,new stuff through out.ac kicks butt,but recently started to get heat mixed in with ac.took control unit out cleaned teminals,with pencil eraser then applied dielectric grease to plug and plugged back,next i removed glove box and witnessed actuator working but only about a 90 degree rotation,is that enough? whats going on...
