I  have a like-new set of 15" wheels from a 99 s10 Blazer shod with nearly new Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires mounted, balanced and ready to roll (less than 1,000 miles on them).  Get through the snow easily in your 95-03 S10 simply with a 20 minute switch each season.  A steal at $500 for the set.
