2014 GMC Sierra question

Alright, I've searched and have been unable to find a specific answer to my question. I'm sure it's probably somewhere in the 150 page leveling kit thread, but none of my searches are returning what I need. I recently picked up a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT crew cab, 4WD, standard bed. I'm keeping it conservative and just going with a 2" block in the rear to replace the stock block, and Bilstein 5100s in the front. This will all be on the stock 20" All Terrain rims. I'm wanting to run BFGoodrich AT KO 275/65R20s which clock in right about 34"x11". Can I make this work with the Bilsteins or will I need to go 275/60s? I like a little rake, so I'm not concerned about it being completely level, just more level than stock. Stock measurements are 35 3/4 front, 39 rear. My apologies if this has been over-asked, which I'm sure it has. Thanks so much!
