Right turn signal and hazard won't work HELP!!!

I have a 2003 GMC 2500hd that the right side turn signal front and back are dead. The hazards are dead on the right side front and back also. I have park lights front and back. I have checked grounds, replaced the flasher to the new style, checked fuses, replaced all the bulbs and I still get the fast blink on the right side. When I hook up a trailer the trailer will blink real fast on the right side but the pickup is dead. The left side turn and hazard works perfect. This has me stumped. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Are you 100% sure the new flasher can be used in the truck? Wondering if one of the bulb sockets is bad I went through that on a Chevy Venture.

The gm parts site said it is the updated flasher for this truck. I feel like the problem is before the sockets because I have checked for voltage at the sockets and have none. like I said before I have checked the grounds at the sockets and have ground to the body. Also if one of the bulbs or sockets were bad the other blinker front or rear should work just blink fast. Also if it was a socket or bulb the hazard lights should work on the right side just not the one that is out. Also I have checked the junction block on the rear frame of the truck. I have left blinker power to the block but no right blinker power coming to the block.

 

Has anyone had this symptom with the multi function switch? Don't know how to test it or if you can.

Finally figured out the problem. A mouse had got in the fuse box under the hood and chewed the wire that feeds the right side turn /hazard lights into. This truck doesn't get used all the time so I guess it was fair game.
