Loose window ground? And others

So my passenger side window on my 95 silverado only likes to work sometimes. And it decides if it's gonna work or not when you turn the truck on. When it does work it will work perfect while the truck is on. But if it doesn't work well it doesn't work at all. Also my my doors don't lock manually or with the power locks.

So I guess what I'm asking is what should I be looking for. Just loose grounds? And can I test some wires with an ohm reader?

 

Sorry if I'm being a noob I'm 17 and really love my trucks but still not a master at figuring out what's wrong with it.
