2000 GMC Sierra Keyless entry issue

Just trying to verify if my BCM is bad or what the problem could be? One day last week my keyless entry quit working. Key fob is less than a year old. Changed battery, still nothing. Tried to reprogram it but when I follow the procedure of turning the ignition key On, Off, On, Off then releasing the power unlock button my door locks don't cycle thru lock and unlock. I hear what sound like the solenoids actuating but the actual locks don't move. It's like they aren't getting enough voltage to the solenoids. I then tried to program the key fob holding the lock and unlock buttons down for over 30 seconds after going thru the procedure but nothing happens. I've also noticed now that when I push the power door lock button on either door to "lock" the drivers door lock slide will either move weakly to the lock position or not at all. Anyone else ever have this issue?
