2015 LS Steering Wheel Upgrade

I just bought a 2015 LS Silverado (first pick-up, third Chevy vehicle). It was a dealer demo with 3.2k miles on it so I got a good deal. I want to add the leather wrapped steering wheel from the LT/LTZ. I want the audio controls and blue tooth controls. The dealership told me that they couldn't install the parts.

 

My research shows that as long as the truck has a myLink radio (which it does) the steering wheel is compatible. Is this correct?
