New Toyo Tire Question

So I put the 305/55/20 Toyo Open Country AT2 on yesterday. Haven't done much driving at all and what little I've done has just been normal city driving and best of my knowledge haven't hit anything. Today I noticed a very small bulge on the right rear tire sidewall. It is hardly noticeable to the eye, but when you run your fingers across tire becomes more evident it is there. This is my first set of "bigger" tires but I'm pretty sure that should t be there as I didn't find any spots like that on the other tires. Not sure what to do about this one... Is it possible it's not really anything? I plan on taking back to dealer and getting his opinion but don't want to be laughed at. If it is a defect I wonder if Toyo has a warranty on something like this especially it being so new? Anyone with much experience with this sort of thing on brand new tires?

A bulge is a sign of defective threads inside of the tire. If bought new from a dealer return it for a replacement ASAP.
