New 2015 Towing Mirrors

Hello to all.....

 

 

I own a 2013 Silverado 2500HD Z71. (Standard- powered driving mirrors )

 

 

I was wanting to know if the new 2015 design towing mirrors can be used on a 2013 door design??? And if so, would I also have to do an module update?

Don't think the 2014-'15 GM2XXX mirrors will work on the 2007-'14 GMT900 trucks,and even if they do bolt on..you'll have wiring issues.

GM does have accessory camper mirror kits out to fit your 2013 though!

I have looked at a few different mirror options.

 

And most likely I'll go with a Factory replacement. But heck, I thought if I'm going to replace mirrors. Then the 2015 was my mirrors to get. ;)

 

I just wasn't sure if they for one would bolt right on, and if the CPU could be updated if I added them.
