What does Chevrolet recommend?

I was just wondering what Chevrolet recommends for washing and waxing their vehicles.  I read in my owner's manual, but it only has part numbers.

it's crap. Don't use it. Meguiars makes a good cleaner for your vehicle.  Mother's does too. those are what i used to reccomend to customers.

The owner's manual doesn't give you much info.  Most of the stuff is the same as you can get anywhere else (wallyworld, big k, etc).  You can cross reference the parts numbers on www.gmpartsdirect.com.  However, I agree with GMNewProductInfoCenter that much of the stuff is crap.  Overpriced crap at that!
