2000 Sierra 1500 2WD Front Tire Cupping

Cupping back again. When I purchased the truck in Jan 2015 @123k miles both front tires were cupping on the inside. I change the shocks and rotated the tires. 1 front and 1 rear shock were bad. Seemed to cure the cupping, but now at 128k my driver's inside tire started to cup. Truck drives smooth and straight. Read on few threads that's on 4x4 trucks this is normal, but I have a 2wd. Also read that Michelin's cup easier, but I have Bridgestone Dueler H/T. Anyone have issues with the Bridgestone's? I've owned a 2000 Ford F350 4wd, 2003 F250 2wd, 2006 F150 2wd and numerous SUV of all brands and have never experienced cupping. Any suggestions, comments, or similar experiences are welcomed.

Wheel alignment? My car was off and it scrubbed off the inside on the driver front (and the the driver rear because I got clever and rotated them, and didn't fix the root issue).

With rack and pinion, both fronts don't wear the same as the old style steering (it used to be if had the alignemnt off, both front wheels would wear the same).
