Electronic Cutout - Wiring install?

Having my QTP electronic cutout installed next week in place of the 3rd cat, but I'm trying to map out how to get everything wired and the switch installed. I'd like to install the switch just left of the steering wheel by the adjustment lever, but don't know how to begin routing the wiring inside the cab / to the fuse box or nearest power location.

 

Can anyone with cutouts provide a few pics or describe how they ran their power?

FWIW, using the wiring for the Amp steps as a proxy, gut says you should be able to route power wire (presumably with in-line fuse) directly from cutoff up into engine bay to the battery, and the switch control wire up up into the parking brake grommet beneath the driver left leg up into the dash area you prefer. Good luck.

I didn't even think of looking at the AMP power step installs. Should be extremely similar. Thanks for the tip!
