2013 Sierra - Window Control Light Flicker

This is my first real question, so please forgive if I leave any necessary information out or I ramble too much. I have a 2013 GMC Sierra SLE 5.3 4x4.

After some quick searching, I didn't see anything like my issue. This morning on my way to work I noticed that the lights in the drivers side power window control in the door were off and they would click on and off quickly as I was driving. I could hear an audible "click" sound each time they would flick on and then off. They would stay off for 25-30 seconds and click on and off quickly. I stopped and checked for an issue if I turned the headlights off and there is no issue.

I also noticed there are no lights on the passenger side control (they do not flicker at all).

The flicker does not change with bumps or knocking on the panel. I also noticed that when they do click on/off quickly, that the headlights seem to flicker at the same time.

There is no light in the headlight switch knob although I honestly don't remember if there was ever one.

The dash lights, radio, and AC cluster are fine and not affected.

The locks, window controls, and mirror controls are all functioning properly without issue. This seems contained to the light inside the door control cluster.

The only thing changed recently is I replaced the passenger side mirror over the weekend. I did see some other mentions of issues when it is very cold that last for a couple of days. It was 29 degrees here this morning so I wonder if I'm experiencing the same thing. What mostly concerns me the the audible clicking sound.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just to follow up. Ended up at the dealership. They were looking for a loose ground wire (based on a code I assume) when everything went back to normal. Unable to replicate the problem so for now, everything is okay. Could have been a loose connection or something that was fixed during the diagnosis process.

Thankfully, I have not had the issue come back. Never really found the exact source of the problem.
