Well That Certainly Escalated Quickly

I'll just point out we are only seeing one side of the story. What happened before the shown tape is very important.

Regardless, the driver brought out a gun that in itself is illegal even here in Texas. He pointed it at someone who obviously wasn't threatening or instigating anything.

It's still a firearm. In Texas just simply flashing a firearm at a motorist is illegal. Even if it's something resembling a firearm and the motion of the owner is meant to insinuate it is a firearm .... Texas says its illegal.

once again it goes back to what happened BEFORE the shown clip of video. There could have been actions not shown that justify the driver of that truck feeling threatened. It may come out that the driver showed great restraint by NOT firing. Consider some of the actions by motorcycle groups in places such as New york. There a motorist was harassed and almost beaten by motorcyclists. One of whom was a cop.

As I said we are only seeing one side of this story.

There are always 3 sides to the story
