Just changed transmission/Engine wont fire

Hi. I have a 2007 chevy uplander (3.9). I took it to have the transmission changed. The mechanic put a used transmission back in and now the vehicle will not start. It will turn over and he is getting no faults on his computer. All connections have been hooked back up (including grounds) It gets fuel and turns over but no fire. Any ideas?
