engine swap 5.3 2013 into 2007

Mine,the engine started nocking at 135.000 miles

Ok I'm back after a little past a year, still seeking help on this swap

now I'm cracking my flex plates !

by the way this is the third one I crack, still going back with the 2007 flex plate

some say i should use the 2013 flex plate others say to swap my torque converter and others to change my starter for a 2013 one !

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks .
