2000 Chevy questions

I just bought a 2000 Chevy Silverado with a 5.3 I bought this truck because my family and I have had super good luck with chevy trucks, my dad has only ever had one truck in his entire life and we still have it its a 1966 c10, I still have my first truck a 1997 Chevy k1500 it has 361000 miles on it motor runs great except a bad piston slap at cold start up I wanted to by a newer truck for longer drives to feel a little more safe it has 3 dtcs p0300 p0171 p0174 I know these are the tell tale sighn of intake leak but my cooling system doesn't hold pressure but when I pressure check it it does not leak, but when I rev the engine the radiator hose swells up and I'm swells even when I just start the engine is this a head gasket issue?
