Front Brake Caliper Bolts are Stuck

I've changed plenty of brakes on different vehicles in the past, but these calipers are the most stuck I've ever encountered. It's on an 05 GMC 1500 with dual piston calipers up front and drum brakes in the rear. They are 18mm bolts for the caliper bolts. I was able to easily remove the other 19mm bolts (to replace the pads only) and take out the caliper slide pins. But I need to get the other two bolts out to replace the rotors. They are definitely warped, shaking the steering wheel badly only when braking.

So far I've tried lots of PB blast spray, banging on the ratchet or 2ft long breaker bar with a hammer. Kicking and standing on the freaking breaker bar. And heating it with a torch then repeating all the above. Air tools don't really fit. So what the heck else can I do? Any other tricks for these trucks? It's a very stuck bolt, couldn't get a single one of the two on each side to budge. Or is there a way to change the rotors with this bolt stuck on?

It looks like the original rotors with 130k miles on them...

They can be a bear. Loctite is installed at the factory.

I managed to get mine off with a 24" breaker bar & some grunting.

Maybe take it to a local shop and just have them break them loose for you?

I was able to get them off last night, the 24hr sit of pb blast seemed to help. I also turned the steering wheel so I could get better leverage on the breaker bar. Those things were definitely Loctite on. It sucked, but at least I've got new brakes now!
