Front end problems

New to this so bare with me. I have a 05 sierra 1500 SLE with the 5.3L. Bought it for cheap cause it needed work unfortunately I don't know much about front ends. The guy before me put a leveling lift kit on there and it's obvious he cranked my torsion keys way to much. My truck rides like shit so I took it to the local truck shop and they said my ball joints tie rods control arms are all slam wore out and that if I crank my torsion keys back down where they should be before replacing them it could cause things to loosen and ultimately mess stuff up worse for lack of a better explanation. Most of my front end looks to be all right to me definetely not slam wore out maybe a few things. They quoted me 1600 for parts and labor which is about right for what they said needed to be done. But I'm not so sure I need all of it replaced. Also not sure if I can't crank down my torsion keys without messing anything else up I'm not so sure that's right. My front end shakes mainly when turning to the left and I'm riding on bump stops without doubt. Any advice would be much appreciated thanks.
