Buzzing whining sound Eonon head unit

So i installed an Eonon Android head unit into my truck. Comes with the wiring harness, everything was plug n play. Very simple. But I have a whining noise when its on. Pretty much when you put a cheap acc cable into your phone type sound. gets louder with rpm. I was thinking grounding issue? I think I read something about because I have a bose system it causing it?

Hey, I just installed this too and am having the same issue with the constant buzzing sound. Did you find out how to fix it?
