02 tahoe problems help plz

02 Chevy Tahoe lifted after a town flooded t after a town flooded to about 4 or 5 feet of water I was driving through helping people get out and on my way home which was a 45 mile drive it felt like my front left brake lock up and let go really fast enough to jerk the steering wheel and make you look drunk does anybody have any idea what it could be like my caliber hub assembly axle if anybody knows let me know please it doesn't at low speeds and high speeds it's like somebody's grabbing my wheel and letting go real fast it sometimes it doesn't sometimes it don't do it it's random
