2005 GMC sierra 4.3 wont start. No bells, nothing.

Hey guys I need help please. I have a 2005 GMC sierra that wont turn over. When I turn the key on nothing happens no bells no radio. The dash lights come on but the engine wont turn over. I replaced the battery and cleaned all terminals. When I turn the key off the dash lights flicker 3 times then go off. If I press on the break then the dash lights flicker. If I turn the turn indicator left or right it clicks once and then nothing. I am at a loss. Any help would be apreciated.

Check power wires feeding the computer. Or the ground wires
