Bumper Sag

Hey guys, i have a 2006 gmc sierra 1500, and when i got it there had been a very slight front end collison, i saw pictures and it was basically a new bumper to repair it. The truck had gotten its repair about 2 months back, and i noticed bumper sag on the drivers side. The bumper sags down about an inch. Got under the truck and saw it was missing a bracket, bought them and it raised it up a little bit but still not all the way up. I couldint research anything and find out so please if you have any knowledge share it! Thanks!
