2003 6.0L 2500 4wd Stalling at complete stop only?

I did my main oil seal, pan, pressure switch and rear freeze plugs, rebuilt the transfer case etc. 2 wks later I slapped it back together and she wouldn't even crank, I had a dirty NSS connection, changed the 2 connectors and switch and she fired right up. Now she run great 0 to 60 I cant feel any shifting just smooth right thru but when I come to a stop it stalls. During my evaluation before take down the wires on the VSS input were exposed right at the connector when I was sizing up this job I crossed and touched those wires with battery still connected, oops!I liquid taped the wire but I suspect it fried the sensor? What symptoms come from a faulty VSS input sensor or connection? Thanks fellas?

It should be throwing a code regarding the VSS if it is inop or not responding.

No codes at all, just wants to stall I can feel the last lowest shift very suttle, then it idles perfect.
